และแล้วก็จนได้…กับ “การปะทะทางทหาร” บริเวณชายแดนด้านสุรินทร์ และศรีษะเกษ ระหว่าง ทหารไทยกับทหารเขมร… ไม่ว่าจะด้วย “เหตุ”และ “ชนวนเหตุ” จากอะไร ..และ ใครคือผู้ออกคำสั่งให้ เปิดฉาก “ปะทะ”
ป่วยการจะไปพูดประเด็นว่า “ใครยิงใครก่อน”…ในกรณีแบบนี้…
ประเด็นที่ต้องพูดถึงก็คือ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น มันกลายเป็น “ฟางอีกเส้น”ที่ถูกวางน้ำหนักลงบนปัญหา “ความขัดแย้งภายใน”ของ คนไทยด้วยกันเอง ชนิดที่ นายกฯ ฮุนเซน ของเขมร นั่งหัวเราะอย่างเบิกบานสำราญใจ.
อย่างที่เขียนต่อเนื่องมาตลอดนะครับว่า

กลุ่มมหาห้าขันและสันติอโศก… นี่ก็ คลุมเครือไม่ชัดเจนว่า ที่ “ลุกขึ้นมาเคลื่อนไหว” เพราะ มีเป้าหมายและจุดประสงค์เดียวกับ กลุ่มคนไทย… หรือเพราะ “ผลประโยชน์”ของกลุ่มในเรื่องที่ดินที่ถือครองเพื่อการตั้งสำนักสาขา ในบริเวณชายแดนติดเขมรเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ ปัญหาความขัดแย้ง อย่างกที่มหาห้าขันกล่าวอ้างว่า ถ้าไทยยอมเขมร ไทยจะเสียพื้นที่ 1.8 ล้านไร่ บริเวณชายแดนตั้งแต่อุบลยันสุรินทร์ศรีษะเกษ…
กลุ่ม พธม. เสือเหลือง และ พรรคการเมืองใหม่.. ซึ่งเป็น “พันธมิตรและแนวร่วม”ในการโค่นล้มรัฐบาลทักษิณ ชิณวัตร ร่วมกับ กลุ่ม “จัดตั้ง”ของพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ ร่วมกัน สันติอโศก และมหาห้าขัน
และรัฐบาลภายใต้การนำของ พรรคประชาธิปัตย์…ซึ่งได้ชื่อว่า เป็น พรรคการเมืองที่ ชอบ “ลอยตัว” หนีปัญหา และ “ตีกิน” ในทุกสถานการณ์
เมื่อบวกกับ กลุ่มเสื้อแดงและทายาธอสูรของทักษิณ ที่อาศัยนิ่งรอจังหวะ “บวก”ในแบบแนวร่วมมุมกลับกับกลุ่มพธม. และเสื้อเหลือง
สถานการณ์ “รัฐบาล” ก็อยู่ในภาวะล่อแหลมขึ้นมาทันที…
นั่นคือ ภววิสัยทางการเมือง ซึ่ง เป็นการช่วงชิงจังหวะ และการคุม “สถานการณ์”ของ กลุ่มนักการเมืองอาชีพ และบรรดาผู้ต่อต้าน เผด็จการ..หรือรัฐบาลแบบมี “ผู้อยู่เบื้องหลัง” กับ “กลุ่มอำนาจเก่าและพวกอำมาตยา “สายอนุรักษ์นิยม ซึ่งต้องการ “ล้างทุกอย่างเพื่อจัดระเบียบใหม่” ภายใต้ การบงการของกลุ่มของตัวเอง
เหยื่อที่แท้จริงคือใคร ?
แน่นอน เฉพาะหน้าคือ ประชาชนในบริเวณชายแดนไทยเขมรด้านอิสานทั้งหมด กับภาวะ บ้านแตกสาแหรกขาดระหว่างการเกิดการปะทะ การสูญเสียทั้งชีวิตทรัพย์สินและเงินทอง
แต่คำถามที่ใหญ่กว่านั้นก็คือ
แล้ว “ประเทศชาติ”หละ จะต้องเผชิญกับอะไร
ร่ำลือกันมาเป็นระยะเนิ่นนานพอสมควรว่า สภาพความเสื่อมทรุดของสถาบันหลัก ๆ ในสังคมไทย ทั้งเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง สังคม ครอบคลุมไปถึงทุกฝ่ายทั้งฝ่ายบริหาร นิติบัญญัติและตุลาการ ตลอดจน ปัญหา “การทุจริตฉ้อฉล” ของ นักการเมือง รัฐมนตรี จน ภาคเอกชน “ทนไม่ไหว”
เริ่มทำให้ ประชาชน มีแนวโน้มที่จะเชื่อว่า สังคมไทย กำลังจะ พัฒนาตัวของมันเองเคลื่อนไปสู่การ “เปลี่ยนผ่าน” แบบปรากฏการณ์ของฝรั่งที่เรียกว่า วันพิพากษา
ไม่ว่ามันจะจริงตามคำร่ำลือหรือไม่ก็ตาม..
ความขัดแย้งในภาพที่ปรากฏว่า”คนไทยทะเลาะกันเอง” ได้ปรากฏให้เห็นเด่นชัดและเป็นข่าวไปทั่วโลก ทำลาย ภาพลักษณ์ และ การยอมรับนับถือของนานาชาติที่มีต่อประเทศไทยในฐานะ ประเทศที่มีศักยภาพสูงในอาเซี่ยนลงไปอย่างสิ้นเชิง
ก็ต้องบอกว่า งานนี้ พธม.และมหาห้าขัน ทำให้ไทย “งามหน้า”ได้อย่างหนำใจ..คือ ใครจะฉิบหายไม่สำคัญ กูไม่พอใจซะอย่าง กูจะเอาอย่างนี้ …ใครจะทำไม.
